Label offset issue

Labels oddly offset. Appears to be a system issue rather than software issue. Attaching the CADD file, screenshot of how it looks and a screenshot of my system. Do I need to update my system? Any suggestions for workaround?

This is what it looks like on my machine (Windows 11, C3D 2025.1):

Just curious, which version are you using?

The offset anomaly seems to happen when I'm running several programs with multiple files open. I've been toying with transitioning to Windows 11 on a Microsoft Azure virtual machine.  Currently I'm using Windows 10Pro, C3D 2025.1 on a laptop.

Interesting, I'm wondering if this is a graphics issue since you mentioned that this happens when your workstation is under load with multiple programs running.  If you've got a some time I would test the following individually:

  • Toggle on/off Hardware Acceleration
  • Switching from the latest version of DirectX12 to DirectX11: set variable GFXDX12 = 0, then restart
  • If you have a graphics card along with Intel UHD Graphics, make sure that Autodesk products are defaulted to the graphics card, either thru Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics:

  • Or if you have an Nvidia graphics card, thru the Nvidia Control PaneL:

Other than that, just make sure you're up to date with all of the updates, including ACAD, ACA

Thanks. I made changes and it's still acting up. I wonder if it's due to Windows 10?
