Issues viewing surface in object viewer

Why can't I view my surface on object viewer in 3D isometric when working on grading curb ramps in Civil 3D? How can I fix this issue?

Are you using the OBJECT VIEWER? Or are just using the ViewCube to rotate the view?

Is your object viewer using Conceptual for the visual style?

Hey @ChicagoLooper. Yeah, I'm using object viewer. I included a clip to show what is happening when I'm using it when trying to look at this surface in an isometric view.
