Issues trying to utilize WMS connection to add Image from WMS

We are trying to connect to a local municipal gis server and am having zero success. Followed the ADESK directions but nothing happens, no connection, no error, nothing. I have also tried some other server addresses with the same results.

Here is the server URL provided by the GIS department. https://gis.cityofaikensc.gov/arcgis/rest/services/Imagery/MapServer

Can anyone offer any advice?

Unfortunately, that's some pretty weak imagery.

Use "https://gis.cityofaikensc.gov/arcgis/services/Imagery/MapServer/WmsServer?" for your link and it should work.
