Inventor/IPE Storm Structure Parts?

The company I work for bought a storm structure library. When I add a block to the style under the Plan tab, most all of the grips and connection points go away. The block is made up of lines and do not contain any wipeouts.

Before I reach out to the publisher, I thought I would post it here.

I'm using Civil 3D 2024.3.

Well - the grips for connections are associated with the 3D shape created by IPE.  Using a block should hide those 3D object connections as they are no longer valid.

That makes sense but I was hoping it would retain the grips and connection points.
