Intersection Assembly has Daylight bench defined, but not applied

Refer to the following drawing, and especially the intersection region, you will find that daylight bench is properly applied across all road regions, except at the intersection region.

If you look at the intersection assembly, you will find that indeed, the daylight bench is defined for Curb return alignment and its assembly, just like the rest.

But why the assembly definition is not properly defined?

Cases like this are typical target mapping mistakes.

You have to add the target surface for the daylights.
