Inserting structures and pipes in storm and sewer after installing new update

After installing the new update, my pipe network doesn't work! I try to install a storm or sewer structure and just the structure appears. Then it goes to the command prompt, not letting me continue with a pipe when I picked structure and pipe. I also can't put a pipe in only.

Try resetting the location of your pipe catalog.  (AeccSetNetworkCatalog)

Enter "AeccSetNetworkCatalog" at the command line.  Select "OK" even if the locations currently shown are correct.
