InfoDrainage Analysis Result Errors

I am using InfoDrainage for site development projects' hydraulic analysis.

After analysis running, the result is quite non-sense, inflow and outflow are quite off each other for certain junction. Sometimes, upstream outflow is bigger than downstream outflow.

I'd like to know why it happens and how it could be fix.

We do use InfoDrainage and have not had such results. Reach out to Mike Pizzino. He has helped us tremendously with getting set up and using the software correctly.
