Importing settings and styles

I'm running Civil 3D 2015 on Windows 10, and am trying to copy the settings from my computer at work (running Win7). Now in 7 you were able to go to the start menu and go to the desired program and "export" a zip file (which I have). But all the knowledge desk help say to do the same thing but select "import". But I don't see that option in the Win10 start menu. Knowledge desk says this,

In Windows, utilities for importing and exporting AutoCAD settings are in the Start menu:

Start > All Programs > Autodesk > AutoCAD 20xx > Migrate Custom Settings

You have two options:

• Export AutoCAD 20xx Settings. Saves a ZIP file with your settings.

• Import AutoCAD 20xx Settings. Lets you pick the ZIP directly without extracting or locating files within it. Use this option to import the settings into a new or existing installation of AutoCAD on either the same or a different computer. This is useful if something happens to your user interface in AutoCAD and you need to restore it.

But I don't see the migrate custom settings option, or any option at all other than to open the program. Am I missing something?

I give you a alternative:

I'm using the cloud to sync my settings.

This presents may more advantages no need to export import anything. Your settings will be forever available to you on any PC.

while I think that would work, the accounts from work and home aren't mutual. Also would that bring styles in as well? Like for text, leaders, layers etc?

So I noticed at work I have more folders for AutoCad, not just for CIvil 3d 2015. And it's in the AutoCad 15 folder that the migrate setting option is available. Is this normal to not have this folder?
