import survey figures into a new survey database

I want to know if there is a way to import survey figures in a dwg into a survey database automatically. I know that i can pick each figure and create survey figure from object. I want to know if there is a way to batch process the whole dwg. I received only the dwg files and empty database files from a surveyor and need to deliver a good database. I know I can  go back to the surveyor, just trying to save effort and be ready if I cant access the orginal survey information.

(using Civil 3D 2015)

If your description keys, point groups and linework codes match the surveyors or if you can obtain thier template and survey settings or recreate the data then you can take their dwg file, export the points to an asci file and import the asci file into a new sur bd.

Thank you I put this back in the surveyors court and he created a database with survey figures, they aren't linked to the figures in the dwg but at this point I'm just worried about my deliverable so it will have to do.
