IFCIMPORT Create button greyed out

Hi,

I am trying to import IFC file into Civil 3D. I runned ifcimport command. Although I have selected ifc file and created drawing name, Create button is still greyed out. What might be the reason?

I cannot run Civil3D as Administrator because of company policy. Could it be the reason?

See if it works if you click create project. If not try another ifc. If that works I would think something is wrong with the file you are trying to convert. Could be versioning, syntax, or perhaps your software is not fully updated.
