IFC4.3 Extension cant export IFC file

I installed IFC4.3 Extension into Civil 3d 2023.

And "IfcInfraExport" command  appeared in command line.

However, IFC file don't export and not appear on file explorer.

 Could you tell me the solution to export IFC file?
