I can't drape image on the surface.

I'm trying to frame an image on my surface. I already changed the visualization to "realistic", I activated the triangles, I activated the visualization of materials/textures and nothing. The surface looks like the uploaded photo. Does anyone know what can it be?

Very strange.  When you go to surface properties, does it list the image under "Render Material" on the Information tab?

Yes, it appears as "Render Material"
