I am running Hydraflow Hydrographs Extension for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016. I have a small infiltration well, and I'm trying to use exfiltration as the only outlet. I've done this before and it's worked well. For some reason, I am receiving the following message, Warning: Discharge values should increase with stage. Hydraflow may experience errors during routing calculations. Apply Exfiltration to Wetted Area for better results.
In the Pond Stage/Storage/Discharge Setup> Outlets tab, under Exfiltration, the Apply to column defaults to Contour area. There is no other choice. I've tried typing Wetted Area in manually, but it just changes back to Contour Area. It's when I select Compute beneath the Exfiltration table that I receive the error.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Mary
I was able to resolve the issue.
The pond was actually a vertical manhole with the same contour area from top to bottom. I increased the area of the contour slightly from bottom to top, and that worked.

Thanks
I had the same issue and the same solution worked, which was to slightly increase contour areas for our bio-retention soil storage.
