How to Slow Down a Screencast

I discovered this by accident. If after watching a Screeny that moves way too fast to follow (most of them, in my opinion), when it ends, double-click it and it takes you back to the beginning. Keep double-clicking and the vid will advance 1/5 of a second at a time. Talk about Slo-Mo!

It works a little differently for me in IE11. A single click = Pause. Next click = Resume. So how far the Screencast advances depends on how fast I (double) click.
