You normally have two choices for this.

1.  Eliminate the cause

2.  In your Surface Properties, you can select to not use elevations below a certain elevation.  Such as below 100.00.

You may need to submit your dwg if you want to know the cause.

Zoom into your low spots and check the linework.  If an object lists at elevation 0, either elevate or erase it.

My opinion is that is not what is happening.  He appears to be modeling a corridor and this is a frequent problem, zooming down to "0" elevation.

Isolate the layers with break line >> set Front view>> grip all the spikes as turn to a contrast color >> back to top. Adjust

you have one tiny oline contour at zero. you bigger issue is there is somthing  int he sureface definition that is holding a zero.

delete all of the contours>>> type oops>>> clear all the edits>>> readd the contours

Not to diminish the suggestions of others but my preference is to edit the data not the surface. you definition has many deleted lines a few added lines .... very hard to keep track of . explore the build options in the surface properties  you can minimize the extra tin lines here
