How to define design level on assembly

I have a road cross section in which centerline is in center median, but I want to apply to design level on inner edge of pavement instead of center median. center median is higher than finished pavement level. road  section is attached

I usually add an offset to the subassembly. In my case the header curb is 0.5' above the edge of pavement so I offset my assembly vertically 0.5'. See attached. The yellow line is the extension of the pavement.

You can use offset profiles with a 0 slope from the CL and then use them as elevation targets in the corridor.

If superelevation is there this elevation target method will not work (Only my view).
