How to create a profile from excel file input?

Dear community members,

I created a profile by adding tangents only (because I add curves later). After that I copied the data from profile grid view. please see the attached image. Unfortunately my profile was deleted. I want the same details (of tangents) to be used instead to design afresh. Please guide me how to make use of the data as shown in the picture.
