How to create a polyline from a Feature line ?

Hello, 
Can you tell me how to create a Polyline from a feature line ? 
I am creating a feature line from an alignment, and then when i explose the feature line is turning into a 3D Plyline. I want it to be a regular polyline so i can change the Golbal Width.

To convert a 3D Polyline to a 2D Polyline, enter CONVERT3DPOLYS at the command line and select lines to be converted.

Then you also may want to change elevations of resulting polylines to zero elevation.
