How to convert AEC object to Solid or Mass?

Hello everyone,

I have a project in IFC format. When I import it to civil3d, I cannot see any information about the objects , such as volume etc. since they come as AEC objects. Is it possible to convert these objects to solids? If not, is it possible to create a table without exploding the AEC objects and see this information?

hi, what type of objects did you import?, also sharing your dwg file might help.

hi, I'm sorry I can't share the project here. However, when I perform data extraction, the object types appear like this. When I convert it to ACAD format, they all become 3D faces. But I want it to remain as a solid model so I can calculate volume.
