How to change default point and label style

Please anybody guide me how to change default point and label style. I have been  changed in the prospector  default setting as new style but till the changes not appearing in the dwg. For more clarification check my attached dwg and image file.

Go to your settings tab

Right-click on points

Edit feature settings

Go to default styles

Set the desired styles

This will only affect the new points. 

Points already in the drawing will not be affected.

Points that match the description keys will automatically get their styles.

Yes already I did the changes as you said, But after changes in point Edit feature setting  the labels remain default only

Yes I did the changes as you said but not affecting in the point style. when  I am giving new points it's appearing as a default point style.

Can you post a drawing that contains the point styles you're working with? What point style do you want as default and what style are new points being created with?

Would you please describe in detail how you are creating the points. Are you using Description Keys? Description Keys will overwrite the default style.

I am attaching the drawing as you requested My problem is I made a new group and label style name is 

Point Number For Group-01  I want to keep this label name as a default label style because  I have been rotate the text in 45 angle.

You've only included certain points in "Point Group - 1" that use this style.  In the All Points group it uses style basic.  So either include all the points in Point Group -1 or change the style of all points to be the style with the angle.  The order of the point groups is a hierarchy.  Whichever is on top supersedes the ones below and on down the list.
