I have river with natural crossection's on autocad .  Also I have channel builded for river.  I want to make analysis Q100 and Q200 on hecras.

I can make analysis without channel, but how ı settle channel on the crossection in hecras?(I want to see both channel and natural elavetions)

Note:  I try only using channel analysis without natural elevations on hecras using this path :geometric data-crossection-data  But ı fail. Thanks for help.

you can use river and flood analysis module, as it based on USACOE HECRAS.  This video link shows how to use it:

This is something we rarely use - but it seems to work well.

We use the Civil 3D "Export to HEC RAS" command.  You need to have an alignment and a section group created - along with the desired surfaces.

You can sample an EG and FG surface for output.   After the export has been done (*.geo file) and you can import into HEC RAS. I believe you need to flip the sections in HEC RAS to get the right configuration.  I'm not a HEC RAS user - so my knowledge stops at Civil 3D.

Check the Civl 3D help file "To Export Data to HEC-RAS format"
