How do units and unit type work in Property style manager?

Hello,

please, is anybody help me to explain how do units and unit type in Style settings work? We need to add measurement unit behind each value and it seems that these settings work only for angles. Moreover in length - kilometers are missing... Probably the only solution is to add suffix, but what is the purpose of these unit settings?

Kms is not a standard unit of measurement....

Hi Michael,

I just need to add some unit suffixes to some values and export them to BIM IFC models. Talking about kms, they are standard European units used for stationing. I am just curious what are these unit settings for...?

Where are these values? Are they labels? If so, just edit the label style to add the units at the end.

Stations are normally measured in meters. If you noticed, there is no "miles" unit in there either.

These values are custom properties in property sets usually used for quantity takeoff. Accirding our national standards station is measured in km...
