how do i calculate where these 2 surfaces intersect?

I am working out a grading plan for my engineer. On my attached image, I have existing ground (dashed), proposed ground (blue) and then there is a top of rock surface (continuous red).  I am looking to draw a line in the plan of the point I have marked in yellow. The intersecting point of the rock and proposed surfaces.  Anybody have any suggestions on how i can do this? Thanks

MinimumDistBetweenSurfaces, it's on the Analyze Tab, Ground Data, pull down....

thanks very much. That worked perfectly.  As I thought about it, I did a volume surface between the proposed and the top of rock.  Came up with a "zero" contour, that matched the way you instructed me. I appreciate it very much.

This is what the minimum dist between surfaces finds without you having to go through the whole create vol surfsce and extracting zero contour.
