How can I move Civil 3D entities?

I have a finished subdivision project but I discovered that the topographical survey is displaced in relation to the real position of the land. Now I need to reposition the whole drawing and all the elements (parcels, surfaces and alignment) to the actual position on the model, but when I do it with the move command, everything is rebuilding and messed up.

Edit 1: I added an image that shows the project and the position I want to place it, which would be where the red polyline is

You need to make sure that if you are moving a surface, for example, that you get not just the surface but all the objects that define the surface.

Usually the technique I use is to draw a line defining the move.  I will take a monument original location and new location and draw a line between these two points.  I can then select all objects and remove this line, move from the start point to the end point.  If there is a rotation I would apply it then.

I can have this line as a reference on  non-plotting layer until I am confident everything is in the correct place.

But when I do that the surface is reconstructed wrongly some points on it are open, besides generating lines outside its original boundary and the parcels also change some of their labels

How is your surface defined?  Typically when moving a surface, it will add a transform edit which defines the move and by how much.

Hi Eduardo,
"...the topographical survey is dislocate in relation to the real position of the land."
"...need to reposition the entire drawing and all the elements (parcels, surfaces and alignments)..."
What happened? More details please. Can you post your drawing or screenshots showing the dislocation?

Hello,
I added a picture with the difference. I need to place the project in the position of the red polyline

I was changing the original contours and that's why it was giving an error, the way you said worked, trankyou for that. The issue now is the installments. When I move them, the area and style labels change to a random one.

Depending on your objectives, you may not need to move your models and the topo if you are concerned about construction staking. An alternate solution is to adjust the survey controls to compensate for the shift. So for example, if the topo is shifted 10' south of the correct location, adjust the control points 10' north in the survey and machine controls and everything will get built to fit the real work properly.
