How can I force pipes to join a structure at the same invert level

Good Day

When creating a pipe network, the "Match Location" in the pipe rules is set to "invert" yet wherever three or more pipes join the same structure their invert levels are not the same (see attached image). Note that the drop height value is set to zero. How can I force the pipes to join at the same IL without manually right clicking on each structure and fixing the issue via STRUCTURE PROPERTIES > CONNECTED PIPES....

Without a drawing, who knows?  Perhaps you have a minimum slope set.

BTW, it is pretty simple to drag the upper pipe down and snap to the lower pipe.
