How can I export all alignments lengths, radius, starting Easting/ Northing and End Easting/Northing?

Is there any method I can export all alignments (102 alignments) geometry properties instead of copy and past one by one from alignment grid view?

You can use Project Explorer to generate a quick report of all alignments in your file:
