Holes in surface from corridor

 i am working on a RAB and where it get close to the center on the S leg the surface keeps leaving holes here and not calculating. It seems the points are connecting to other points on the side rather than going back to the centerline ones. Any clue on fixing this?

I could be target(s), corridor feature lines, corridor surface definition or borders....
