Grading optimization Building pad linking

Hello!

building pad's (with assigned fixed elevation X) elevation should be the starting point of new specified zone, i mean how to do that building pad surface not build grade into another zone (as you see in picture), but build starts from building pad given elevation with joining another zone in flat way. Anyone know how to?

I am not sure what the problem is?  Are you referring to the new Grading Optimizer tool in 2022?

A screenshot of your screen showing your grading optimizer tools and settings would help a lot.

You can just add another zone below the building.  The order of the zones matters.  The zone on top will be graded first.

I am not sure if building pads are always on top.  You can just use a normal zone as a building pad if you want to include it in the zone order.

Yes, i know that, its working, but with what you cant assign specified elevation you want to be as building pad. Or can?  I couldn't find it. Building pad has own elevation setting, ZONE - not.

You can use a  bounded point in the zone to control the elevation.  Set the high and low elevation to the same to fix the zone to that elevation.
