I need a way to import gpkg into C3D. I know this is for ArcGIS and SHP format but unable to open it by C3D. Grateful for any direct solution some Add-in I just can insatll!!

Hi @aghavamzadeh,
The only way I know of is to convert each layer of the GPKG to SHP, using either an online converter or QGIS.

The geopackage format is not supported by AutoCAD. You’ll need ESRI software, such as Arc Map, to open the file. 

You may also use QGIS (free software) to open the file. There are other GIS-essy programs that can also open gpkg’s, but unlike QGIS, they aren’t free. 

Whatever program you decide to use you'll still need to turn them (export) into a format AutoCAD can read, e.g. shapefile.

You can also search online for a ‘gpkg viewer’ if you simply want to view the file.

If you were to consider third party add-ons, DotSoft's C3DTools now supports direct import of OGC GeoPackage files into Civil3D.  Since the GPKG files contain coordinate system information, the source data is automatically projected to your current drawings system.  The extended data fields can be stored as XDATA, Map3D Object Data or Aecc PropertySets.
