Geotechnical Modeler - does not build Stratum Surfaces

Hello,

I have a problem with Civil 3d 2025 Geotechnical Modeler, it does not build Stratum Surfaces.

I tried many options and finally downloaded (as in the Forum others suggested) Sample Location detail.csv and Field Geological Description.csv, but the Stratum Surfaces were not built. The Programme just shut down without any Error description. 

Basic facts:

- Metric system

- Windows settings » Time and Region default Delimiter is , (Europe)

• Used Sample Location.csv and Field Geological Descriptions.csv (Sample heading description/ , a comma separates column/ . Separates ground level/ depths/ easting/ northing)
• Made many tests, and dried different headings and separations ; for columns and . for ground level/ depths/ easting/ northing
• PROBLEM is SYSTEM DOES NOT BUILD STRATUM LAYERS IN ANY TEST DRAWINGS
• In some ; / . settings the 2d and 3d stick logs/boreholes appeared
• In Project Folder, both .csv and dwg are in the same folder
• All the updates are done
