Geolocation not working

I have a user whos Geolocation function is not working within Civil 3D 2021; trying to overlay an Aerial\Map.  I verified UCS, coordinate system and Zone; all are correct.  I tested the .dwg on multiple machines and it works on all except for this particular user.  Any suggestions? Hotfix I don't know about?

Found the Solution: Turns out the user clicked no when asked to view maps online and saved his preference.  To bring the dialog box back, I went into options to prompt:
