Geolocation - Map not appearing on screen

I am trying to get the on line map on my screen. I attach a screen shot of the result.

I tried:

1. Closing and restarting Civil3D 2019,
2. Restarting the System,
3. Opening the drawing in Civil3D 2018,
4. Another device,
5. Logging into another account,
6. A Hotspot connection from my cell phone.

Nothing worked.

Could someone help me out.

I attach the Civil3D file itself.

Hi,

I think your location of the marker is far away from the drawing itself. If you zoom out all the way you can see the maps overlayed. I have attached a screenshot from Civil 3D. Your drawing is where I have marked in red.
