Generate the volume

I am attaching the XML link of FORMATION SURFACE&OGL SURFACE. Please generate the cut fill volume Base surface will be OGL and Comparison surface will be Formation, after generate the surface kindly swich on the elevation layer in edit surface style. I am trying to generate the volume here but my computer giving me a fatal error. Please if anybody generate the cut&fill volume as soon as possible it will be a great favor.

Something about the "FORMATION SURFACE" xml was whacked. I put each xml into a separate drawing and extracted surface points as a csv. In another drawing I used the csv's to created new surfaces. Then a volume surface gave a result. Drawing attached.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for taking the time to deal with the task. But if you create the surface with point object then the surface triangulation is coming inside the plots which I have already hidden in the formation surface, please try to get the quantities from the XML file only.

No can do. Same as you, I get fatal error that way. I don't know how you would restrict the surface to the inside of the road lines. Maybe create dozens of corridors, or draw data clip boundaries with LINEWORKSHRINKWRAP? You can limit the triangle lengths to 12 meters or maybe a bit less. That will get you closer.
