Fixing 3D Polyline horizontal layout from survey.

Hello,

How do I fix a 3D Polyline that "wows" as shown in the link?  There's oodles of nodes.  It is imported from a survey and I am not familiar with that process.  The file is from another company, not even within out own office.

I don't see many nodes in the attached PDF file. Can you upload the drawing? 2D or 3D?
MAPCLEAN will do a good job, 

WEEDFEATURES and FITCURVEFEATURE as well.

Looks like the pline was splined on the left. That a big bad no no IMO. I would first decurve that back to the original tangents. I've also seen this on occasion when I convert survey figures to feature lines or 3d polylines.
