Filled arrow heads on profile curve data

Is there a way to have filled arrow heads on these lines.

Under component name look for start and end arrow and then see if there is a block for closed filled arrow. Depending on how your label was created you may or may not have these components.

Thanks,  that component is in there but we do not have that block in our template.  Can you post just that block? Or I will look for it online.
