Thank you
So far things are working the way I want it to with the exception of the sequential numbering.
When I go to create points and then Point Identity and reset the starting number I get a message that say's
"Point Number must be Unique". How do I reset the number back to 1?
Also I have the tables set for dynamic., but when I delete some of the points it leaves blank lines in the table. Other then reinserting the table is there anyway to set it so the table information automatically shifts up and fills in the blank rows.?

To update the table, select and this should appear in the ribbon. As far as the point # goes. You must already have points in the drawing. To reset back to 1 you'll need to renumber or delete the existing points. I would just start at a higher number like 5000 and number from there you other points could be part of the survey information.

Rl_jackson pointed it out. I figured that that one thing could be a trip in the process 😉
You can ALWAYS, for the sole purpose of getting the table paste the 3d poly in a blank drawing and do it there.
Other than that, if you need to do it in the same drawing, jackson's suggesting would work. number them form a rediculous number upwards.
Cheers
