Fatal error while rendering big TIN surface

As in Title, I get a Fatal error while I am trying to render a big tin surface 

TIN surface contains about 8684990 points.

Civil 2023

Windows 10

RTX 3070

i7-11800H

32 GB RAM

I have tried on stronger   computers , same error stil appears.

You either need to reduce the resolution of that surface or send it to InfraWorks and present it there. Is you subscription AEC Industry Collection? If so, you have InfraWorks.
