Fatal error upon DEM import

Hi all,

I am new here, and am an architect trying to import a DEM I created in PIX4DFields from drone flights.  The output file is a single-band raster with float values for elevations.

The import routines seem to run for a minute or so and then fails.  I have tried many times but always receive something similar to "FATAL ERROR:  Unhandled e06d7363h exception at 3CA179DAh"

It doesn't seem to matter if I first set up the coordinate system or site location in Civil 3D or not.

Does anyone have suggestion on how to trouble shoot this?

-Mike

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
How are you importing the DEM? In what format is the DEM: Tiff, ASC, etc.? Can you post your drawing and the DEM? You might need to zip them for the forum to accept.
