EXPORTKML shows a wrong scale

When I try to export a group of polylines from Autocad Civil3D 2017 into a KML file the result its in a wrong scale (aproximately 1/3 of the correct scale). The point of origin (0,0) is in place and there is no rotation, the only problem is the scale. Sounds like a metric/imperial conversion issue. Is your coordinate system set correctly?

Coordinate System was ok (UTM84-20S). But your answer makes my check the drawing properties (AECCEDITDRAWINGPROPERTIES) and the drawing units were set in feet instead of meters. Problem solved. Thank you!

I think I'm having a similar issue, but by a factor of 12 (kmz is at the correct insert, but too small). "Drawing Units & Zone" and  "Units" are both set to US Survey feet.

Did you ever find a solution for the factor of 12? everything I have is in US survey feet and I have the same issue.

I change Insertion Units in DDUNITS to Feet (instead of US Survey Feet) and it fixed the problem. Weird.

It still isn't right. My project coordinate basis NAD83 with an XY shift, no rotation or scale factor. MAPEXPORT brings it to the right location, but that doesn't bring hatching. Export KML from toolspace will bring hatching, but it's not in the right place. Setting DDUNITS to US surveyors feet is off by a factor of 12. Using feet, it is close, but it seems off in location, rotation and a slight scale factor. I think it should be US surveyors feet, but I can't figure out the factor of 12 problem.  The drawing is 1 unit = 1 foot. Thoughts?

When ever I tried to export kml file of any polygon from autocad. In Kml, area increasing something it's not match with accurate area with autocad.
