Exporting Surfaces with their feature lines from the model corridor

Hi there,

I'm actually prepping LandXML surfaces for my pave1, pave2, etc for construction based on my corridor.

I was wondering if there's an option to export the feature lines with the XML and not only the triangles ?

It's pretty heavy work to do this workflow :

1) Export LandXML

2) Extract features from corridor

3) Explode them and copy paste in a new file so the construction team can have them.

I'd like to save some time and headaches 🙂

Anyone knows a options/solution for this ?

And, is there a possibility to do it by batch ?

Why are you wanting to do XML and Feature Lines?

You can extract polylines directly from you corridor with out the intermediate step of feature lines. To speed things a little you can data reference the corridor with a code set that only shows the feature lines you want to extract (top edge of lane, etc.). If you have to do this often create  template to dref the corridor into with the code set style as default and maybe other presets to make it as easy as possible.

Nice idea to optimise the work, il'l give it a try next time.

But i'm looking for a more automated solution
