Export To 3d dwf failed

I have a big project. i have two surface, existing and design. I have created profiles out of them. When i had only existing surface i was able to export. but now i have 2 surfaces, alignments, profiles, gradings

I am not able to export my file to 3d dwf to show clients.

sometimes it happens that it successfully export but it takes forever to open. 

Please suggest ways to export to 3d dwf

You should look at the help for publishing 3D DWF's, one of the things I see that could be a big sang in doing the publish is the list of supported fonts..... This alone says use this or it won't happen very well could be your case. All fonts are TTF, and unless your using strictly TTF from that list apparently its going to be an issue and maybe there's no built in error message to say "Hey you can't do that"
