Exception in aecbase.dbx ARX Command

I have several files that worked yesterday for me (I also work with a co-worker on these files) but today I get an exception and can't save the file. Any direction will be appreciated. Attached is a Screencast of the exception, if needed.

An audit found and fixed errors. The file saves as normal now.

Thank you for the links. Uninstall and reinstall would be last-resort actions. I was able to save after completing an audit of the file.

I'm interested to know what the exception means technically.
