I just installed Civil 3d 2020 and when I try to start it or open any file I get this error:

Hi, 

Have you installed all the updates for the Civil 3D and AutoCAD? 

Can you share a sample drawing so that I can check at my end? I just want to make sure it's not a drawing issue.

I didn't install any updates, as a sample project I don't think it is the case but I will attach one, I get this error at startup when I try to open the Civil 3D 2020 app, if I just open a file by double click I get another error message:

Can you install Civil 3D updates? 

If you have AutoCAD 2020.1.1 then uninstall it and install AutoCAD 2020.1.2

I updated Civil 3D and AutoCad 2020.1.2 and I get

 and if I press ok it just changes the number.

I reinstalled civil and it seems to work now
