eTransmit and Lables

When I use the eTransmit everything works good and it looks good in paper space. When I go to model space its a different story. You can not see the drawing due to the overly large contour labels and line labels. All other mtext and mleaders look fine. Is there something that I am not doing right? I was saving it as 2010 w/ exploded objects.

What annotation scale are the viewports and model space using?

viewport is scaled at 30

lts, pslts & mslts are all 1
