Error pop up after the reset of civil3d

Hi fellows, 

I recently reset my civil3d software.
and when i open the software again this are the pop up's i get.

Help me understand if i am missed any files.

What method did you use to reset Civil 3D?  Would it be possible to share screenshots of your support file search paths expanded?  I have heard of some issues that are connected to language packs.  I've never experienced one, but have you tried uninstalling the Italian language pack, then resetting Civil 3D, then reinstalling the language pack?

Hi @chriscowgill7373 unfortunately one of my colleague helped me resolve this issue.
I am not aware of what he did for the restoration of the software.
But eventually it worked well for me.
