Error loading AcSign services

Did a search on this and saw where its been around a while, but never seen it in past versions. I'm using C3D2016 and have since summer of 2015, but don't ever remember seeing it until over the past several months. What is causing this error? I get it when I fire up Civil 3d or open a drawing in Civil 3d.

My name is Pat and i am with Autodesk Technical Support.  I understand you are seeing the message "Error loading AcSign Services" in your command line.

Let me know if this fix works:

1.     Go to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016\ and locate AcSign.arx
2.     Right-click on it and choose rename and rename to AcSign.arx.old
3.     Close and restart Civil 3D 2016

It worked, but the file path is C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2016

Thank you for the procedure to get rid of the error.  

Can you add any insight into what might have gone wrong?  or what the file is for?  or what the error might be affecting?  will the correct .arx be re-created?
