error in predefined subassemblies for Civil3d 2022

Hello,

As attached capture, I install the c3d 2022 and try to use buildin  predefined subassemblies. But there is the error as shown for all of them. On previous version of c3d had no problem like this.

Please be asked why this error occur and how can I solve?
