Why does the end of my corrido alway drop off the face of the earth? See attached screen capture with my "red lines"

For the record, they only plunge to sea level
This is usually a result of the Profile not extending to the actual end of the alignment/corridor region. Extend the profile a few hundredths (or to get it precise, snap to the end of the alignment for the profile station)
Because according to the calculations your profile grade line is just short enough to make civil3d have to guess. Shorten your corridor region or lengthen your PGL

Your title had me going there - I thought you had solved all corridor issues, or had some feature list from 2012....
