Elevation mark in profile

Hi eneryone. I have managed to do the following marking for my profile 

This i insert manually as a label (add label from Annotate tab), by selecting a point representing the lowest y axis elevation in my profile view. 

Two things i would like to ask. 

1st. This is not dynamic. If i change my y axis elevation range (e.g. if i make it 130m in my example) this will not update to the new minimum y elevation. Is there a way i could have this elevation automatically updated showing the minimum elevation in my profile view (lowest y axis elevation in profile view)?

2nd. Although i have not tried it yet, i assume that if i create plan and profile sheets (utilizing Plan and Production Tools), where the profile might be gapped automatically, then this elevation will not be automatically updated to the minimum elevation of each sheet. So, going a little bit further from the previous question, is there a way i have this elevation automatically updated showing the minimum elevation (lowest y axis elevation) in each sheet?

You can get the elevation from the titles of the grid.

I don't think you can get the block, but you may be able to fake it with text symbols. Look in windows character map for an arrow symbol, paste that into the component box for the left title text (with the appropriate font) and adjust offsets until its close enough to an under line in the bottom title text (or maybe reverse those titles). You may even find a symbol in which ever font you are using to avoid using two titles.

Thanks cwr! Nice! I believe that this is also the answer to my second question. I expect that in case the profile is gapped automatically, this elevation will refer to the minimum elevation of each sheet. I will see that. However, for the time being, this you gave me is practically what i wanted.
