Edit base source FG will re-saving the sheetset update the surface in each?

Had to edit our base FG surface. Short of opening each sheet and re-syncing will re-saving the sheet set update (Sync) all the sheets with the edited FG surfaces?

While waiting for an answer I'm testing this option

I did a quick test on this. In a nutshell the save all sheets does not work. If curious read my steps below.

1. Created a sheet set file.
2. Created a source FG made a data shortcut folder then shortcutted the FG out.
3. Created two blank drawings with FG DREF'd in
4. Created a new folder with two more new blank drawings and DREF'd in the FG.
5. Total 4 drawing files with same DREF FG. 2 in one folder 2 in another folder.
6. Edited the source FG and saved.
7. Right Click on the sheetset and Resave All Sheets processed and finished. 
8. Select sheet set and print to PDF
9. 3 of the 4 sheets showed updated FG. Sheet 3 kept initial FG.
10. Made another edit on the source FG, saved all sheets set same results. Sheet #3 no change from original.
11. Opened sheet 3 and synced. Re-print set and this time sheet 4 has reverted to original FG

I test this as well same way. My FG surface was updated in all drawing files that were data referencing the FG surface in it. 

Question, how did you publish from the sheet set?

I use the publish dialog box with a Plotter Named in Page Setup option and have the Automatically load all open drawings toggled on. Publish in the background as well. 

I did not do a save all prior to publish either and it still sync'd to the FG.

Page setup has all my plotter settings per layout so this method uses that
